What should I do if the goods I received have problem?
Due to we are a big company, and each order need to pass several departments until you receive the order, such as order processing department, finance department, assign department, buyer department, inspecting department, shipping department etc. We are trying our best to control all of the departments to make a good job to make sure our customers can receive the goods with satisfaction.
But sometimes mistake might happen due to some staff’s careless or transport problem, we will try our effort to improve our management and service.
If in case you receive the goods that has problem, please contact us by submit a ticket.
Important Notice:
Please check the goods once you receive them, there will be a packing list in each carton you received. Please make sure to submit the ticket of your complaint within 7 days after you receive the goods, if exceed 7 days we are unable to deal the problem for you.
When you submit the complaint, please advise us what the detail problem is and advise us the detail quantity, also, clear pictures of all the items that has problem are required. We are sorry for the trouble, but we need these information to check the problem and then give the solution.
1.Damage
If in case you received the items that were broken, please send us pictures of items that has problem and advise us the detail quantity.
2. Quality problem
If you received the goods that have quality problem, please send us pictures of close-up and pictures that show the quantity and the problem.
3. Color & Size problem
If you received the goods in wrong color, please send us pictures of the color you have received, and for size problem, please send us pictures show the items together with calipers or ruler so that we can check it.
4. Missing
If in case you find any item missing, please double check if the item was ignored in some corner.
Please also check if the package was damaged or have been unpacked. Please submit the ticket of complaint within 7 days after you receive the goods.
