Cancel Your Order before Payment
For unpaid orders, don't worry, we're not processing your order. You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order, just notice us the order No. which you want to cancel, we will process for you. If possible, please kindly notice the reason or what you are not satisfied.

Cancel Your Order after Payment
For paid orders, if you want to cancel it, and the order is in an early processing stage you may be able to change and cancel it. You can ask for a refund or keep your payment as a credit. In our side, we hope you can keep the paid orders, as once we start the production, the lost will be caused.

If the order has been finished and is waiting for delivery, but you want to cancel it, we will charge 20% of goods value to recover the lost.

If the package has been sent out, we cannot cancel or change the order.

Change Your Order after Payment

Please contact us and put the order on hold while you decide. This will stop the packing process so you still have a chance to make changes.
To add Items to your order without canceling any previous items, please contact customer service representative as soon as possible or submit a ticket.There is no charge for this service.
